Markets and Malls Holdings is in the business of remodeling the approach to malls and markets in Nigeria.

We are taking advantage of the tremendous gap between the current mall development and the government owned markets and the true needs of the people. The current malls are mainly private developments built for the upper class in a society where such populations are low and prefer to shop abroad. The markets are terrible environments, suffering from government mismanagement and crass internal politics that make them inefficient and unattractive.

Markets and Malls Holdings targets the mid 60% of the Nigerian populations, classified as those above poverty and below the upper class. These are income rich and volume heavy segments of the population that are currently excempted from both mall development and markets in Nigeria.

The malls presenting offerings outside of their needs and located in areas outside of their homes, while the markets are way to stressful and a drag on their time, while also stocking goods more adapted to the poor.

In this 1st stage of development our focus is on the effective and impressive execution of the development of our 1st mall.

Within a maximum timeline of 18 months we intend to Build, Furnish, Lease/Sell and activate the mall without any compromise on the build standard.

These developments will come under a ₦15 - 30billion expense package and is designed to be revenue generating such that the enterprise can be sustainable with or without further investments after this stage of development.
