Zikora builds leisure resorts with a most African touch, themed resorts with character, culture and royalty.

We are taking advantage of the tremendous gap between the current mall development and the government owned markets and the true needs of the people. The current malls are mainly private developments built for the upper class in a society where such populations are low and prefer to shop abroad. The markets are terrible environments, suffering from government mismanagement and crass internal politics that make them inefficient and unattractive.

Zikora is a plan for 10 themed resorts in Nigeria each with its own complex character as an introduction to the local environment and the revailing cultures of Nigeria. It includes;

THE JOURNEY TO DOMINANCE OF LEISURE HOSPITALITY STARTS WITH...

Step 1

In this 1st stage of development our focus is on rapidly resuscitating our river side resort (Zikora - Itunanya) in Delta State and the initialization of our flagship development (Zikora - Obodo Eze) in Enugu State.

Within 6 months we want to show proof of concept by relaunching our river side resort with a grand reception, housing 7 Star Amenities and the introduction of a Jetty and River Side Activities. We will also simultaneously initiate the development of the flagship resort, which is a 3-year development. This allows us to commence revenue positive developments while also maintaining the brand course.

These developments will come under a ₦50 - 100billion expense package and is designed to be revenue generating such that the enterprise can be sustainable with or without further investments after this stage of development.
