Contributors are grouped in sets and each set is allowed to use (on license) one of the inhouse production brands of Itunanya to make a collection of movies which will be distributed by Itunanya Globally, and the contributors will receive dividends from the income it generates, even after the have finished with their 2-year cycle of contributions.
Income will be share 70%:30% with the contributors receiving 70% of the income in direct proportion to their percentage of contribution to their group.
TIER 2: USE OF FUNDS
B-Rate Movies
Stage 1 investments are focused on B-Rate Movies. This are classified as movies of the likes of which normally features in Nigerian Cinemas and Streaming Platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Showmax. The movies will be distributed by Itunanya and the income shared 70:30 with others.
