Here is a summary of the services we provide to agents.

Our agents give our exchange a personal and exclusively human touch which will remain a hallmark of our structure.

As a private exchange we do not engage in public offering but rely on personalized relationships. The Agents on our system are the only entities authorized to communicate with non-members and service the relationship of members in order to ensure that we have the right mix of investors from accross the world. We furnish them with materials, training and investor relations supports to ensure their success.

STRUCTURE

Agents are responsible for individual relations with investors on our platform. In essence, every transaction must have an originating, managing or corresponding agent.

Agents must give maximum support to investors and the brokerage firms in their areas of coverage.

Agents also have special access to brokerages and the exchange where necessary.

INCOME

Agents have a principal market area and each market area has a limited number of agents, all agents in the area share a percentage of all transactions in the area and a dedicated percentage for direct transactions.

This approach allows collaboration and also encourages individual efforts.

You will benefit from all transactions in your area of coverage and can still transact in a limited manner across the globe.

BUY-IN

Agents need to invest in the marketing and development of investor networks in exchange for the right to be their representatives on transactions.
