Commissions

We pay a 25% commission from Expression of Interest Payments, meaning a commission starting at N67,500 for the cheapest shop of N15million that is available in our current pricing schedule.

Fidelity

Our systems ensure that all registered agents in our system are guaranteed of their commissions and benefits regardless of the way in which the client arrives. We ensure faithful review of all sales to ensure that collaborating agents get their commissions at all times and in full.

Exclusive Partnership

We have a dedication to partnership and work to ensure that those who work with us at our standards are massively rewarded, as such we have set a maximum number of performing agents, and once it is hit we close the agency, allowing those who join us in the start to benefit fully from all their hardwork.
