The Malls complement each market zone by providing a retail and leisure environment in the middle of each. The Malls are not designed to compete with the market but rather to complement them by providing space for brands to demonstrate their latest products.
Coordinated Logistics
We will provide all traders with protected access to all ports of importance including private terminals. The market management works with all of our traders to ensure protection from adverse port and regulatory conditions from ONNE, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Oguta and other ports.
Passenger Transport Hub
Our partners are developing a 25,000 passenger per day multi-modal transport hub. The transport hub provides onsite access to city, Interstate and International Transport, using Car, Mini-Bus, Luxury Buses and Helicopter access.
Warehouses
Our warehouse complexes are incorporated into the grounds of the market for efficiency. The warehouse options allow all traders including importers, exporters, small traders and even seasonal importers, access to all sizes of storage capacity.
Inland Port Complex
Our partners are developing the 1st inland terminal in ENUGU allowing you to process your shipments here. The Inland Terminal is an independent project by heavyweights and provides the necessary defence against adverse politics.
