Our system is designed to be ultra transparent and to enable shop owners to see the level of excellence before paying for the shops. The 1st 100 stores in each zone of the market (that is 500 stores) will be sold on expression of interest only and the buyers can pay over 2-5 years.
We will build these stores with our own money to build confidence in the market and showcase the quality of our designs. Once these 500 stores are allocated, development will begin. Beyond these we will guide the rules on the Allocation of the rest of the stores based on market forces.
Our system only requires that you make an Expression of Interest payment which is only 2% of the cost of the shop(s) you desire. We only collect this in order to show our partners and banks that we have serious oftakers for the market. We will then build with our own funds and you can pay for the shops overtime.
For large facilities like Mall Stores, 3 Floor Block, Towers etc., and also for buyers who chose NO INTEREST payment options, we require a Development Deposit of 10% and for other large facilities like Full Blocks, 1/2 Blocks, Quad Stores etc, we request a Development Deposit of 5% so as to avoid unserious traders siezing up choice properties without the capacity to pay.
People who wish to avoid any increments in the cost of purchase and ZERO INTEREST, are allowed to make a bulk payment for the cost of the shops at the current rate. When this is done, no matter the rise in building costs, or the depreciation of the currency, we will deliver their shops at the stated standards, without any additional payments.
For people who have their funds ready but still want to make payments along with development, we allow a 5 payments model, with ZERO Interest. This model allows you to pay according to the speed of the development, as such you will pay 30% as Development Deposit, 20% once the foundations are done, 20% to roofing, 20% to finishing and 10% to hand over the shops.
We guarantee all traders who have the willingness and ability to pay, access to low interest acquizition of their shops over a period of 2-5 years. We continue to work to ensure that the rate of acquizition is the lowest possible in Nigeria. You can choose a term of 2, 3 or 5 years and can be making full use of your shops while the payments are being made. In essence, if you are a good businessman, the shops will pay for themselves.
