Our system is designed to be ultra transparent and to enable shop owners to see the level of excellence before paying for the shops. The 1st 100 stores in each zone of the market (that is 500 stores) will be sold on expression of interest only and the buyers can pay over 2-5 years.

We will build these stores with our own money to build confidence in the market and showcase the quality of our designs. Once these 500 stores are allocated, development will begin. Beyond these we will guide the rules on the Allocation of the rest of the stores based on market forces.

Current Pricing Formula

For the 1st 500 shops, we are willing to forgoe all profit and focus all funds on building the most incredible market ever known to man. In essence when a store costs N10million, we are spending the entire N10million to ensure that the store, roads, utilities and other aspects of the market are a perfect value for the traders.

Future Pricing Formula

This project is not focused on profit, as such we will always try to keep the cost minimal, however and to encourage rapid subscription and development, we will continue to increment the prices upwards both in respect of rising building material costs and also inorder to reward early uptake of the development and ensure its success by getting as much traders unboard as possible, right from day 1 of trading.

How to Achieve Discounts

We are focused on the speed and quality of developments as such we have created many ways in which those who support our vision can also feel our love. Discounts exist for Group and association purchases of bulk stores, blocks and lines. Discounts exist also for individuals and corporations buying large quantities of stores and deep discounts exist for development partners who can pace up the market by investing in physical development, and we even allow branding of such development corridors.

Developer Partnerships

We are willing to partner with developers who want to be part of the market. Our systems are not concerned with just profits and popularity but on "Excellent Development of Nigeria" as such we can share both brand and economic values with any series developers. We are willing to give blocks, sections, lines and key aspects of the market out for developers to finance in exchange for branding, co-naming rights and the ability to profit from the Sales, Rentals, Resale or Subscriptions of their section of the market.

Bulk Pricing

All purchases of multiple stores, like 1/4 Blocks, Half Block, Full Blocks, Towers, Group Purchases by Market Lines, Market Associations and Chambers of Commerce will attract wonderful discounts, as we are not concerned with merely making money from the project but wish above all to see this market built and at the highest level. If you have a group and come up with ideas to enable the market to come-up faster we are willing to find ways to give you discounts and even enable profitable resale of excess stores.

We wrestle everyday to get value from all of our suppliers, ensure import substiutions and use scale economics to keep these prices affordable. When that is not possible, we must raise prices, as such the prices below are only relevant for 2 weeks at a time.
